How do I place a wheel order?

Browse the shop, open the rim product page you want, add the item to your basket, and proceed to checkout. You can also compare our Off-Road Rims, Colored Rims, and Matte Finish Rims categories before you buy.

Which currency do you use?

Store pricing is displayed in USD. Your final charge may still depend on your card issuer or payment provider if they apply their own currency conversion or fees.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Availability can vary depending on the payment providers currently enabled on the store and your billing details.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact support@pulsepathfit.shop as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped yet, we may be able to help with a change or cancellation.

Shipping and delivery

Where do you ship?

Pulsepathfit currently ships to addresses within the United States only. Orders outside the US are not supported through the live shipping setup at this time.

How much is shipping?

Eligible US orders currently receive free shipping at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Current order cut off is 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Handling time is 1 to 2 business days and transit time is usually 3 to 7 business days within the United States.

Returns and refunds

Do you accept returns?

Yes, eligible delivered orders can be reviewed for return approval. Read the Returns and Refund Policy for the full process, return window, and refund timing.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No standard restocking fee is charged on approved returns unless a product-specific exception is confirmed by support during review.

How do I get help with tracking?

Use the Track Your Order page or contact support with your order number if the tracking status looks delayed or unclear.
